Feast of the congregation- 30 may 2025
Let our thanks be raised to the Lord to thank Him for the blessings with which He has bestowed upon us! (Mother Louise, November 19, 1861)
On May 30th, we will all celebrate the feast of the Congregation wherever we are.
We like to recall Mother Louise's words of August 25, 1857, on the occasion of the feast of Saint Louis, and the greetings addressed to her: "I find in them new proof that peace and unity reign in a very special way in our dear Congregation." It is with this same desire deep in our hearts that we will experience this day of celebration and thanksgiving.
Members of the People of God, let us also contemplate the wonders the Lord is doing for us today by giving us a new pastor in the person of our Pope Leo XIV!
Following Pope Francis, he invites us to be "signs of a united Church, leaven for a reconciled world," "Pilgrims of hope," and" Together, as brothers, to walk towards God and love one another" (Homily of May 18, 2025).
Let us listen to Mother Louise tell us: "Put your hope in the Lord, He will lead you and help you."(January 16, 1857)
In joy, trust, and hope, we assure you of our fraternal communion and we embrace you wholeheartedly.
